No doubt in daily routine life many of us fall prey to anxiety and panic attacks for variety of reasons or sometime for no reasons even......but important thing is that one should be ready to help herself to get rid of these attacks as soon as possible however, it depends on the nature of these attacks and also the severity to overcome completely....and if by all means self help does not work for longer period of time .....one should not be hesitant of reaching a qualified professional for help.Thanks.
