A lot of people may be asking, why do women cheat? There are different reasons as to why a woman may be tempted to cheat on her partner. When women are unsatisfied with their partner, they may feel even more lonely that they were when they were still single. They may particularly feel this way when are not getting enough attention or admiration from her partner. This may leave her feeling lonely and even unattractive. If she is not getting it from her partner, she may decide to look elsewhere rather than work on the relationship.
• Self-esteem is an issue that can be a factor in a woman's straying. Women loves it when men make them feel beautiful and sexy. It does not mean that only because a woman has self-esteem issues, she will cheat on her partner. However if this is not addressed in the relationship, she may seek to find another man who will make her feel more adored and loved. This is why it is important for men to make the woman feel secure and loved in the relationship. If she feels safe in the relationship, she will not have a reason to seek another man's company.
• Boredom can be one of the reasons why a woman will cheat on her partner. Women may start to lose interest in the relationship when it has become too dull and predictable. This makes the thought of a new relationship tempting for her. Aside from that, she may also be excited at the idea of experiencing an adrenaline rush when she sneaks and hide the relationship from her husband or boyfriend.
• One of the main reasons why women cheat is because of revenge. There may have been a time when her partner cheated on her before and she may feel that the best way to get back at him is by doing the same. She may have been too hurt which is why she wants her partner to experience what she went through.

At the end of the day, the most important thing to do in order to prevent both the man and the woman to stray is by working on the relationship.
